Objective To analyze the psychological nursing effect of psychological counseling technology in quality nursing service of hospitalized patients. Methods From October 2023 to May 2024, 150 inpatients in various clinical departments of infection, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, internal medicine and intensive care unit of our hospital were selected to carry out high-quality nursing services, and were randomly divided into observation group (quality nursing with psychological counseling technology) and control group (routine nursing), 75 cases each, to compare the effect. Results There were no significant differences in daily living ability, mental state, sleep status and nursing satisfaction of hospitalized patients in control group (P>0.05). The daily living ability of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The psychological status, sleep status and nursing satisfaction scores of hospitalized patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological counseling technology during the implementation of high-quality nursing services can effectively improve the mental state of hospitalization, improve sleep and daily life ability, and enhance satisfaction.
