| 摘要 |
事业单位在新时期面临着新的发展环境，也迎来了新的挑战，在新形势下档案管理工作要求更加严格。事业单位需要以内外部环境变化及自身需求为基准深入探讨更加高效、优质的档案管理模式，以此来事业单位各项工作开展及人力资源管理提供精准的数据支撑。在目前大部分事业单位在档案管理方面仍然存在一些问题。因此本文对事业单位档案管理工作中存在问题进行探讨后并提出了相应的优化对策，希望可以为事业单位档案管理工作的有序发展提供一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract |
Public institutions in the new era is facing a new development environment, but also ushered in new challenges, in the new situation of archives management work requirements more stringent. Public institutions need to deeply explore a more efficient and high-quality file management model based on internal and external environment changes and their own needs, so as to provide accurate data support for the work of public institutions and human resources management. At present, there are still some problems in file management in most public institutions. Therefore, this paper discusses the existing problems in the archives management of public institutions and puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures, hoping to provide some reference for the orderly development of the archives management of public institutions.
