The key points of maintenance period nursing include manual lymphatic drainage exercises, breathing function exercises of Eight Section Jin Qi Gong, and improving patients exercise compliance; Multimedia information platforms collaborate to carry out follow-up management and stimulate the potential of patients for self-care. After one month of intensive treatment and five months of maintenance care, the circumference of each part of the patients lower limbs decreased by 2.8-18.1 cm, the swelling sensation relieved, BMI decreased to normal levels, and body fat rate decreased to normal levels
