| 摘要 |
通过运用SWOT分析法寻找护理文件书写中常见缺陷的原因，对原因进行分析，制定有效对策，提高护理文件书写质量，保障护理安全，提高护理质控工作效率。方法 选取科室2020年1月份1-4周每周随机抽取25份护理病历共计100份，将3组进行比较分析。结果 实验组中各类护理文件书写项目包括护理计划单、评估单、护理记录单、健康教育单、各类交接单的质量均高于对照组，存在的问题明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 应用SWOT分析法将护理文件书写中的内因外因充分结合及分析比较并制定相应措施，有利于提高低年资护士护理文件书写质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To use SWOT analysis to find the causes of common defects in nursing document writing, analyze the causes, and formulate effective countermeasures to improve the quality of nursing document writing, ensure nursing safety, and improve the efficiency of nursing quality control. Methods A total of 100 nursing records of 25 patients were randomly selected every week from January 1 to 4 in 2020, and the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results The quality of all kinds of nursing document writing items in the experimental group, including nursing plan list, evaluation list, nursing record list, health education list and various handover list, were higher than those in the control group, and the problems were significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion SWOT analysis is helpful to improve the quality of nursing document writing by combining the internal and external factors of nursing document writing and making corresponding measures.
