| 摘要 |
探究助产士全程导乐陪伴护理在无痛分娩中的应用成效。方法 本研究纳入了84例无痛分娩患者，这些患者在2022年1月至2023年12月期间被收治于我们医院。随机将这些患者分为两组，每组42例。对照组接受常规护理，而观察组接受助产士全程导乐陪伴护理。通过比较两组的护理效果来进行评估。结果 经过助产士全程导乐陪伴护理，观察组的分娩时间、孕期结局和护理满意度均呈现出优秀的结果，与对照组相比存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 助产士全程导乐陪伴护理在无痛分娩中可有效缩短产程时间，并改善产妇妊娠结局，从而提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of midwifes full process guided accompaniment nursing in painless delivery. Methods 84 cases of painless delivery mothers admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received full process guidance and accompanying nursing care from a midwife. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group showed better delivery time, pregnancy outcome, and nursing satisfaction than the control group after receiving full course guidance and accompanying nursing care from a midwife, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Midwife guided companionship nursing throughout the process can effectively shorten the delivery time and improve the pregnancy outcome of the mother in painless delivery, thereby increasing nursing satisfaction.
