| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探究人文关怀对眼底病日间手术治疗患者的护理效果以及对其护理满意度的影响。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年3月收治的行日间手术治疗的眼底病患者60例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30例，常规护理）与实验组（n=30例，常规护理的基础上进行人文关怀）。对比两组患者舒适性、睡眠质量、护理满意度、心理状态。结果 实验组舒适性、睡眠质量、护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀在眼底病日间手术治疗患者中的护理应用能够有效改善患者的治疗体验和满意度，值得在临床实践中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to explore the nursing effect of humanistic care on patients undergoing daytime surgery for retinal diseases and its impact on their nursing satisfaction. Methods Sixty patients with retinal diseases who underwent daytime surgical treatment between March 2022 and March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=30 cases, with routine care) and an experimental group (n=30 cases, with humanistic care on the basis of routine care) using a random number table method. Compare the comfort, sleep quality, nursing satisfaction, and psychological status of two groups of patients. Results The comfort, sleep quality, and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of patients undergoing daytime surgery for retinal diseases can effectively improve their treatment experience and satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
