| 摘要 |
分析对头颈部肿瘤患者放疗护理中应用临床路径的效果。方法 抽选2022年5月-2023年5月于我院就诊的头颈部肿瘤放疗患者58例为研究对象，以分层随机分29例为对照组实施常规护理，另29例为观察组实施临床路径护理，对比两组患者护理前后的生活质量以及护理后的满意度；结果 护理前，两组患者QLQ-30生活质量各项指标差异不显著，p﹥0.05，护理后观察组生活质量评分指标优于对照组，同时观察组患者满意度高于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对头颈部肿瘤患者实施临床路径护理的效果较好，可提高放疗患者的生活质量，同时给患者打造较好的护理体验。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying clinical pathways in radiotherapy nursing for patients with head and neck tumors. Methods A total of 58 patients with head and neck tumor radiotherapy who visited our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 29 cases for routine care and an observation group of 29 cases for clinical pathway care. The quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared; Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in various quality of life indicators between the two groups of patients with QLQ-30, p>0.05. After nursing, the quality of life scoring indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group. At the same time, patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of clinical pathway nursing for patients with head and neck tumors has a good effect, which can improve the quality of life of radiotherapy patients and create a better nursing experience for them.
