| 摘要 |
探讨知信行模式结合优质护理在儿童口腔患儿中的应用效果。方法 时间为2023年1月至2023年12月，筛选后共计160名儿童口腔患儿，随机等量分成对照组（优质护理）和研究组（知信行模式结合优质护理），对比结果。结果 在牙齿健康状况、早期矫治认知程度、正畸并发症以及护理满意度等数据上两组差异显著，以研究组更优（P<0.05）。结论 在儿童口腔患儿中采用知信行模式结合优质护理能够有效改善患儿的牙齿健康状况以及提高护理满意度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge, faith and action model combined with high-quality nursing in children with oral diseases. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, a total of 160 children with oral diseases were screened and randomly divided into control group (quality nursing) and study group (knowledge, communication and practice mode combined with quality nursing). Results There were significant differences in dental health status, early treatment cognition, orthodontic complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups, and the study group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of knowledge, practice and high-quality nursing can effectively improve the dental health status and nursing satisfaction of children with oral diseases, and it is worth promoting.
