| 摘要 |
探讨护理安全管理在呼吸重症监护病房多重耐药菌感染预防与控制中的效果。方法 选取本院呼吸重症监护病房2021年1月-2023年1月100例住院患者，随机分为对照组和干预组，对照组为常规护理，干预组为实施护理安全管理，比较两组患者多重耐药菌感染预防与控制效果。结果 将两组患者多重耐药菌感染发生率、消毒管理质量对比，干预组更优（P＜0.05）。结论 在呼吸重症监护病房中应用护理安全管理，可有效预防和控制多重耐药菌感染，可显著提高呼吸重症监护病房消毒管理质量，降低患者多重耐药菌感染发生风险，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective Exploring the effectiveness of nursing safety management in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organism（MDRO） infections in respiratory intensive care units. Methods 100 hospitalized patients in the respiratory intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the intervention group received nursing safety management. The prevention and control effects of multidrug-resistant organism infections in the two groups of patients were compared. Results Comparing the incidence of multidrug-resistant organism infections and the quality of disinfection management between the two groups of patients, the intervention group was superior (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing safety management in respiratory intensive care units can effectively prevent and control multidrug-resistant organism infections, significantly improve the quality of disinfection management in respiratory intensive care units, and reduce the risk of multidrug-resistant organism infections in patients. It is worth promoting.
