Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and nursing observation of acupoint pressing in the treatment of children with pneumonia and asthma. Methods select our hospital in January 2023-2023 in 12 pediatric pneumonia cough 100 cases, according to the randomization method is divided into control group (50 cases, conventional treatment) and observation group (50 cases, the ear pressure combined acupoint application treatment), the clinical treatment effect of two groups, such as children with cough relief time, temperature recovery time, lung rale resolution time and children hospitalization time and lung function index for comparison and evaluation. Results The time of cough relief, temperature recovery, lung rale disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. All the children of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of children with pneumonia and cough, it can significantly improve the lung function of children, accelerate the relief of symptoms and promote the recovery of children, and have high application value.
