| 摘要 |
分析应用个性化护理对膝关节半月板损伤行关节镜手术患者的应用效果。方法 选取我院收治的膝关节半月板损伤行关节镜手术患者（2023年1月～2023年12月），共150例，分组（对照组和观察组）后每组75例，前组给予常规护理，后组进行个性化护理，随后对比观察组和对照组的心理状况评分。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分比对照组低，P＜0.05。结论 对膝关节半月板损伤行关节镜手术患者进行个性化护理后可看出，患者的负面情绪得到缓解，对其康复具有积极意义，因此值得应用和推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing on patients with knee meniscus injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery for knee meniscus injury admitted to our hospital (January 2023 to December 2023) were selected, with 75 cases in each group after grouping (control group and observation group), the former group was given routine care, and the latter group was given personalized care, and then the psychological status scores of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion After personalized nursing for patients with knee meniscus injury undergoing arthroscopic surgery, it can be seen that the negative emotions of patients can be relieved, which has positive significance for their rehabilitation, so it is worth applying and promoting.
