| 摘要 |
探究并分析综合护理对髋、膝关节置换术后患者的影响。方法 选取150例接受髋、膝关节置换术患者，分为对照组（n=75）和研究组（n=75），对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取综合护理，对比护理效果。结果 研究组患肢肿胀消退时间、住院时间较短，术后10d VAS评分较低，术后10d BI评分较高；Harris评分、HSS评分较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对髋、膝关节置换术患者实施综合护理，能够有效促进患者术后康复。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients after hip and knee replacement. Methods 150 patients with hip and knee arthroplasty were selected and divided into control group (n=75) and study group (n=75). The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing. Results In the study group, the time of swelling resolution and hospital stay were shorter, the VAS score at 10d after surgery was lower, and the BI score at 10d after surgery was higher. Harris score and HSS score were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with hip and knee arthroplasty can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation.
