| 摘要 |
分析和研究优质护理方式的应用对骨科糖尿病患者围手术期带来的影响。方法 本次实验时间为2022年8月至2023年8月，实验对象为该时间段在本院接受骨科手术治疗的糖尿病患者60例，将其随机分为人数相同的两个小组，实施常规护理的为对照组，实施优质护理的为观察组，护理后对两组患者基本状况实施对比。结果 对比实验结果可以得知，观察组患者临床指标明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者并发症发生率为3.33%，低于对照组20%（P＜0.05）。结论 对进行骨科手术治疗的糖尿病患者实施优质护理能够提升患者身体恢复效率，也能降低并发症出现，具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and study the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with orthopaedic diabetes in perioperative period. Methods The experiment lasted from August 2022 to August 2023, and the experimental subjects were 60 patients with diabetes who received orthopaedic surgery in our hospital during this period, and they were randomly divided into two groups with the same number of people, the control group receiving conventional care and the observation group receiving high-quality care. After nursing, the basic status of patients in the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the experimental results, it can be seen that the clinical indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the complication rate of patients in the observation group was 3.33%, which was 20% lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for diabetic patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery can improve the efficiency of physical recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications, which has high application value.
