| 摘要 |
探究焦点模式护理干预在老年慢性病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月期间我院收治的慢性病患者100例，按照数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例患者，对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组进行焦点模式护理干预，对比两组护理干预后的治疗依从性、心理状态和生活质量。结果 观察组的治疗依从性、心理状态和生活质量明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 焦点护理模式干预在老年慢性病患者中应用有显著效果，能够有效地提高患者的治疗依从性和生活质量，改善其心理状态，值得临床实践应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of focus mode nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to numerical random method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received focus mode nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared after nursing intervention. Results The treatment compliance, psychological state and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (p < 0.05). Conclusion The application of focused nursing mode intervention in elderly patients with chronic diseases has significant effects, can effectively improve patients treatment compliance and quality of life, improve their psychological state, and is worthy of clinical practice.
