| 摘要 |
分析对髋关节置换术患者实施系统性护理干预的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2021年1月到2023年12月 ，3年内收治的100例髋关节置换术患者，将所有患者按照护理方法的不同，分为对照组（50例，使用常规方法护理）和研究组（50例，实施系统性护理干预）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但研究组功能、活动度、疼痛和畸形评分均较对照组更高，社会功能、物质功能、躯体功能和心理健康四项评分显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对髋关节置换术患者实施临床治疗时，通过系统性护理干预可取得明显更佳的效果，可显著改善患者的关节功能，提高患者的生活质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of systematic nursing intervention in patients with hip replacement. Methods 100 patients with hip replacement admitted to our hospital in 3 years from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected, and all patients were divided into control group (50 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and study group (50 cases, implementing systematic nursing intervention) according to different nursing methods. The effects of the two groups of patients after the completion of nursing were collected and analyzed. Results Both groups achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the scores of function, activity, pain and deformity in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of social function, material function, physical function and mental health were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with hip replacement, systemic nursing intervention can achieve significantly better results, can significantly improve the joint function of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and has high application value.
