| 摘要 |
总结在机器人辅助下经脐单孔腹腔镜下骶骨固定术的患者围术期护理经验。方法 通过对精锋机器人辅助下经脐单孔腹腔镜下骶骨固定+宫颈截断+阴道前壁修补术患者进行围术期护理,术前做好患者各项手术准备及心理护理,术中密切观察患者生命体征，术后按照术后护理常规做好患者切口、管道、活动与饮食等方面护理。结果 在患者及患者家属的积极配合下，医护共同努力下，患者病情平稳,顺利出院。

| Abstract |
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of patients with single-umbilical laparoscopic sacral fixation. Methods through the jingfeng robot assisted by umbilical single hole laparoscopic sacral fixation + cervical truncation + vaginal wall repair perioperative care patients, preoperative patients ready for surgery and psychological care, intraoperative close observation of vital signs, postoperative in accordance with the postoperative care routine patients with incision, pipeline, activity and diet, etc. Results With the active cooperation of the patient and his family members and the joint efforts of the medical care, the patients condition was stable and he was discharged smoothly.
