急性心肌梗塞护理干预中应用健康教育的效果观察

摘要
探析健康教育在急性心肌梗塞护理中的效果。方法 本次研究纳入的对象为48例急性心肌梗塞患者,抽取时间:2021年2月-2022年2月。采取随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组,其中前者行常规护理,后者则在上述基础上采取健康教育,每组24例。通过比较两组相关知识知晓率、不良事件发生率来评价干预效果。结果 经对比两组相关知识知晓率发现,实验组显高于参考组(P<0.05)。实验组不良事件发生率低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育应用于急性心肌梗塞护理中,能够显著提升患者对相关知识的掌握,并有效减少不良事件的发生。由此可见,健康教育在急性心肌梗塞护理中具有重要的意义。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of health education in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 48 patients with acute myocardial infarction were included in this study, and the sampling period was from February 2021 to February 2022. The above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received health education on the basis of the above, with 24 patients in each group. Evaluate the intervention effect by comparing the knowledge awareness rate and incidence of adverse events between two groups. Results After comparing the knowledge awareness rates of the two groups, it was found that the experimental group had a significantly higher awareness rate than the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction can significantly improve patients mastery of relevant knowledge and effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events. It can be seen that health education has important significance in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction.
