摘要	分析探讨综合护理在提高幼年特发性关节炎患儿功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月作为研究时段，录入符合要求的特发性关节炎患儿80名作为研究对象，记名为对照组与实验组，对照组录入40名，实验组录入40名。所有患者在入院后，均由医务人员给予患者手术治疗，并由护理人员给予其常规护理，而实验组中所有患者在此基础上，由护理人员给予综合护理的护理方式。结果两组患者在接受护理治疗后，疾病均有一定程度的好转，从功能锻炼依从性方面看，实验组患者的功能锻炼依从性明显高于对照组，数据差异对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；从生活质量方面看，实验组的生活质量优于对照组，数据差异对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对幼年特发性关节炎患儿进行综合护理，能提高患者生活质量，改善患者功能锻炼依从性。综合护理方式值得进行进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on improving functional exercise compliance and quality of life in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Methods The period from January 2019 to January 2021 was selected as the study period, and 80 children with idiopathic arthritis who met the requirements were entered as the research objects, which were recorded as the control group and the experimental group, 40 in the control group and 40 in the experimental group. 40. After admission, all patients were given surgical treatment by medical staff, and routine care was given by nurses. On this basis, all patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing care by nurses. Results After receiving nursing treatment, the diseases of the two groups were improved to a certain extent. From the perspective of functional exercise compliance, the functional exercise compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); in terms of quality of life, the quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis can improve the quality of life and the compliance of patients with functional exercise. The comprehensive nursing method deserves further promotion and application.
