| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨CICARE沟通模式联合情景教学在新护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年4月到2023年4月新入职的护士90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=45例,传统培训)与实验组(n=45例,CICARE沟通模式联合情景教学)。对比两组护士知识掌握程度、问题解决能力、沟通能力以及学习体验满意度。结果 实验组护士知识掌握程度、问题解决能力、沟通能力以及学习体验满意度均高于对照组,两组数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CICARE沟通模式联合情景教学在新护士规范化培训中的应用能有效提升新护士的沟通技巧和临床实践能力,值得在护理教育中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to explore the application effect of the CICARE communication model combined with situational teaching in standardized training for new nurses. Method 90 newly recruited nurses from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, traditional training) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, CICARE communication mode combined with situational teaching). Compare the knowledge mastery, problem-solving ability, communication ability, and learning experience satisfaction of two groups of nurses. Result The level of knowledge mastery, problem-solving ability, communication ability, and learning experience satisfaction of the experimental group nurses were higher than those of the control group. The difference in data between the two groups was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the CICARE communication model combined with situational teaching in standardized training for new nurses can effectively improve their communication skills and clinical practice abilities, and is worth promoting and applying in nursing education.
