| 摘要 |
探讨耳鼻喉手术护理安全隐患，并制定相应防范对策。方法 此次研究中共选取158例患者进行对比实验，均在院内行耳鼻喉手术治疗，以时间为分割线，对照组与观察组各79例患者，前者采取常规护理模式，后者分析护理安全隐患，并实施相应防范措施展开风险管理，对两组整体临床应用效果进行评价比较。结果 经试验中各项数据显示，观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，与此同时相比对照组，观察组患者对护理工作满意度较高（P＜0.05）。结论 对于行耳鼻喉手术的患者而言，采取针对性防范措施，加强风险管理可有效降低各不良事件的发生，促进患者整体满意度的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the hidden danger of ENT surgery nursing and formulate corresponding countermeasures. Methods In this study, a total of 158 patients were selected for comparative experiment, all of whom underwent ENT surgery in the hospital. With time as the dividing line, 79 patients in each control group and observation group, the former took routine nursing mode, while the latter analyzed nursing safety hazards and implemented corresponding preventive measures to carry out risk management, and evaluated and compared the overall clinical application effects of the two groups. Results All the data in the trial showed that the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Meanwhile, patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing work than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing ENT surgery, taking targeted preventive measures and strengthening risk management can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events and promote the overall satisfaction of patients.
