Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrative Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of multiple plantar warts. Methods 100 patients with multiple plantar verruca diagnosed in the dermatology clinic of our hospital were selected from July 2022 to July 2023. They were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group received dot matrix laser treatment, and the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng capsule and honeysuckle oral liquid on this basis. The clinical effect, immune function and recurrence of the two groups were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly improved, and the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased more significantly in the observation group after treatment, and the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly reduced, which was statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined treatment with traditional Chinese and western medicine for multiple plantar verruca can further improve clinical efficacy, improve immune function and reduce disease recurrence.
