| 摘要 |
探讨肺栓塞患者应用预见性及优质护理的干预效果。方法 选择73例肺栓塞患者均于2023年1月到2024年1月就诊，随机分为两组，对照组36例，采用常规护理，观察组37例，采用预见性及优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 临床疗效：观察组高于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量高于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 肺栓塞患者应用预见性及优质护理可以提高临床疗效和生活质量，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of predictive and high-quality nursing in patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 73 patients with pulmonary embolism were selected from January 2023 to January 2024 and randomly divided into two groups: control group (36 cases) with routine nursing, observation group (37 cases) with predictive and high-quality nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results Clinical efficacy: observation group was higher than control group, the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05); The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of foresight and quality nursing in patients with pulmonary embolism can improve clinical efficacy and quality of life, and it is worth recommending.
