人文关怀护理在耳鼻喉内镜检查中的应用效果

| 摘要 |
探讨分析于耳鼻喉内镜检查中实施人文关怀护理的效果。方法 在耳鼻喉科中开展研究，总计选取72例接受耳鼻喉内镜检查的患者参与研究，已完成对其基本资料的详细调查，同时根据“随机数字法”将72例患者分配为2组，一组为实施常规护理的对照组，另一组为实施人文关怀护理的观察组，每组36例，并比较两组患者的情绪评分、疼痛评分、检查时间及护理满意度。结果 选用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）作为情绪评估工具，结果显示在护理后观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；而且观察组的VAS评分、检查时间及护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 将人文关怀护理用于耳鼻喉内镜检查有良好效果，可减轻患者不良情绪、缓解疼痛，并可提高检查效率及护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of humanistic care in ENT endoscopy. Methods A total of 72 patients receiving otolaryngology endoscopy were selected to participate in the study, and a detailed investigation of their basic data was completed. Meanwhile, 72 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the "random number method", one group was the control group receiving routine nursing and the other group was the observation group receiving humanistic nursing, with 36 cases in each group. The emotional score, pain score, examination time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) were used as emotional assessment tools, and the results showed that HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing (P < 0.05). The VAS score, examination time and nursing satisfaction of observation group were better than those of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of humanistic care in otolaryngology endoscopy has a good effect, which can alleviate patients bad mood, relieve pain, and improve the efficiency of examination and nursing satisfaction.
