| 摘要 |
本研究旨在系统回顾和分析耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆在髋关节置换术后患者疼痛管理中的应用效果。通过对相关文献的搜集、筛选和整理对耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆对髋关节置换术后患者疼痛的效果进行了详细论述。结果表明，该联合疗法在缓解髋关节置换术后患者疼痛、减少镇痛药物使用以及提高患者生活质量等方面展现出积极效果。然而，仍需进一步研究以验证其长期效果和安全性。

| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to systematically review and analyze the effect of ear holography Tongbian Gua Sha combined with ear point pressure bean in pain management of patients after hip arthroplasty. Through the collection, selection and collation of relevant literature, the effect of ear holography Tongbian Gua Sha combined with ear point pressure bean on the pain of patients after hip replacement was discussed in detail. The results showed that the combination therapy showed positive effects in relieving pain, reducing analgesic drug use and improving patients quality of life after hip replacement. However, further research is needed to verify its long-term effects and safety.
