Objective To study the implementation effect and implementation value of applying the hand hygiene compliance management system in hospital infection management. Methods The total number of medical staff in this study was 38 cases, all from our hospital during January 2024, were divided into control group and observation group, The control group was from January 2024 – March 2024, and the observation group was from April 2024 – June 2024, conventional hand hygiene management mode and hand hygiene compliance management system respectively, and the two groups of hand disinfectant consumption and hand hygiene compliance, patient infection index and nursing satisfaction and hospital device infection index. Results After intervention, hand disinfectant consumption increased and hand hygiene compliance was higher; patient infection index decreased, satisfaction with care was higher; and hospital device infection index decreased. P <0.05 between groups, indicating the existence of comparative significance. Conclusion the medical staff in the hospital infection management application hand hygiene compliance management system its clinical prevention and control effect is remarkable, can effectively improve the hospital staff hand hygiene compliance, reduce the occurrence of infection, improve the quality of life and satisfaction, and improve the quality of hospital infection prevention and control, is worth in clinical practice.
