精神康复护理在长期住院老年慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用分析

| 摘要 |
探析长期住院老年慢性精神分裂症患者采取精神康复护理的效果。方法 本次研究对象为48例长期住院老年慢性精神分裂症患者，抽取时间为2023年8月-2024年5月期间。以随机数字表法将上述患者分为参考组及实验组，其中前者采取常规护理，后者采取精神康复护理，每组24例。以康复效果（IPROS）、阴性症状（SANS）情况评价两组护理效果。结果 对比两组IPROS评分显示，实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。对比两组SANS评分显示，实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 长期住院老年慢性精神分裂症患者采取精神康复护理可提升患者的康复效果，此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of mental rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia who have been hospitalized for a long time. Methods The subjects of this study were 48 long-hospitalized elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia, and the sampling time was from August 2023 to May 2024. The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table, in which the former took routine nursing, the latter took mental rehabilitation nursing, 24 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated by rehabilitation effects (IPROS) and negative symptoms (SANS). Results The comparison of IPROS scores between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P < 0.05). Comparison of SANS scores between the two groups showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mental rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with chronic schizophrenia who have been hospitalized for a long time, and this method is worth promoting.
