Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing intervention combined with routine neurology nursing on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods the data of 80 patients with cerebral infarction 20231-12 months in our hospital were collected retrospectively and the nursing data were analyzed. The data of 402023 who received routine neuromedical care from January to June were 2023 as a control group, the data of 40 patients who received additional nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine from July to December of the 20232023 were set as observation group. The nursing course was 30 days, and the nursing effect was compared. Results the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P<0.05). The SF-36 quality of life score of the Observation Group was significantly higher than that of the control group, (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (82%) (P<0.05). Conclusion in the course of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction, TCM nursing intervention combined with routine neurology nursing can accelerate the recovery of brain nerve damaged by cerebral infarction, promote the self-care recovery and improve the quality of life of patients, the patient to the nursing service approval, has the good nursing feeling.
