| 摘要 |
分析在风湿免疫科患者中开展个性化护理的价值。方法 将本院风湿免疫科抽取共96例患者随机划分两个组别，每组48例（时段2023年2月至2024年2月）。对照组、观察组分别采取常规护理、个性化护理。从情绪状态、睡眠质量、疼痛程度、护理满意度进行综合评估。结果 干预后，观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）较对照组降低幅度更显著（P＜0.05）。干预后，观察组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、疼痛数字评分法（NRS）较对照组降低幅度更显著（P＜0.05）。护理满意度调查可知，观察组总满意率较对照组提高幅度更显著（P＜0.05）。结论 风湿免疫科患者开展个性化护理能缓解负性情绪，减轻疼痛感受和睡眠障碍，患者对其更为满意。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of individualized nursing in patients with rheumatology and immunology. Methods A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups (48 cases in each group from February 2023 to February 2024). Control group and observation group received routine nursing and personalized nursing respectively. Emotional state, sleep quality, pain degree and nursing satisfaction were evaluated comprehensively. Results After intervention, the Hamilton Anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the Pittsburg sleep quality index (PSQI) and pain numerical score (NRS) in the observation group were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction survey showed that the total satisfaction rate of the observation group increased more significantly than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing for patients in rheumatology and immunology department can relieve negative emotions, relieve pain and sleep disorders, and patients are more satisfied with it.
