| 摘要 |
探析实施多元化延续护理对老年上肢创伤骨折患者术后康复的影响作用。方法 选择我院2023年2月-2024年2月，一年间收治的90例老年上肢创伤骨折患者作为此次研究的目标对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组（45例，使用常规护理）和研究组（45例，实施多元化延续护理）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 研究组自我护理能力评分、医护顺从度均高于对照组，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在对老年上肢创伤骨折患者实施护理时，多元化延续护理可以有效提高患者自我护理能力，有显著的应用意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of implementing diversified continuing care on the postoperative recovery of elderly patients with upper limb trauma fractures. Methods 90 elderly patients with upper limb trauma fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2022 were selected as the target subjects of this study. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (45 cases, using routine care) and a study group (45 cases, implementing diversified continuing care) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients. Results The self-care ability score and medical compliance of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified continuing care can effectively improve the self-care ability of elderly patients with upper limb trauma fractures, and has significant application significance.
