| 摘要 |
探讨分析引流管护理在外科护理工作中的重要性。方法 本次研究于外科开展，总计选取100例研究对象，均为手术患者。为达成研究目的，100例患者进行随机分组，最终分配为2组，即对照组、观察组，分别在临床护理期间实施常规护理、强化引流管护理，比较两组的护理质量和并发症情况。结果 首先，评估比较了不同护理模式下的护理质量优良率，结果显示观察组的优良率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；其次，在并发症方面，观察组、对照组内分别出现2例、7例并发症情况，发生率分别为4%、14%，观察组并发症发生率明显较低（P＜0.05）。结论 对外科手术患者实施针对性的引流管护理可有效提高护理质量，并可降低并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and analyze the importance of drainage tube nursing in surgical nursing. Methods This study was carried out in the department of surgery. A total of 100 subjects were selected, all of whom were surgical patients. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 100 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely the control group and the observation group. During the clinical nursing period, routine nursing and intensive drainage tube nursing were respectively administered, and the nursing quality and complications of the two groups were compared. Results First, the rate of excellent and good nursing quality under different nursing modes was evaluated and compared. The results showed that the rate of excellent and good nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Secondly, in terms of complications, there were 2 cases in the observation group and 7 cases in the control group, the incidence of complications were 4% and 14%, respectively, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion Targeted drainage tube nursing for surgical patients can effectively improve the quality of nursing and reduce the risk of complications.
