Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive psychological care on the psychological status and functional recovery of finger replantation patients in clinical practice. Methods Seventy patients with finger replantation admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (comprehensive psychological nursing), with 35 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in psychological status and finger joint function between the two groups of patients before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the finger joint function score was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention for patients with replanted severed fingers in clinical practice can significantly improve their negative psychological state, maintain their mental health, and accelerate the process of finger function recovery.
