| 摘要 |
观察中风偏瘫采用穴位注射治疗及护理方法。方法 采用2022年8月-2023年8月我院收治的50例中风偏瘫患者，随机分为对照组25例实行常规治疗+基础护理，观察组25例实行穴位注射治疗及护理，对两组机体功能、生存质量进行比较。结果 与对照组相较，观察组机体功能评分更优，生存质量评分更高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中风偏瘫采用穴位注射治疗及护理临床效果较佳，可改善患者机体功能，提高生存质量，更利于疾病治疗。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the treatment and nursing methods of acupoint injection for stroke hemiplegia. Methods Fifty stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 25 cases who received routine treatment and basic care, and an observation group of 25 cases who received acupoint injection treatment and care. The body functions and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better body function scores and higher quality of life scores, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection therapy and nursing for stroke hemiplegia have better clinical effects, can improve the patients body function, enhance their quality of life, and is more conducive to disease treatment.
