| 摘要 |
分析腰腿痛患者火龙罐+耳穴贴压护理的效果。方法 时间为2023到2024年。研究方法为抛硬币方法，分为了两个小组，即对照组，使用的护理方法是常规护理，有50例对象；观察组，使用的护理方法为火龙罐+耳穴贴压护理，有50例对象。结果 在各个观察指标方面，观察组优势十分明显（P＜0.05）。结论 腰腿痛患者火龙罐+耳穴贴压护理的效果较明显，能够改善疼痛痛苦，改善睡眠质量，达到患者护理满意标准，值得临床重视并积极采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of dragon jar + auricular pressure in patients with low back and leg pain. Methods The time is from 2023 to 2024. The study method was a coin toss, divided into two groups, namely the control group, and the nursing method used was routine care, with 50 subjects; In the observation group, the nursing method used was dragon jar + auricular acupressure nursing, and there were 50 subjects. Results The observation group had a significant advantage in each observation index (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of dragon jar + auricular pressure in patients with low back and leg pain is obvious, which can improve pain and pain, improve sleep quality, and meet the nursing satisfaction standard of patients, which is worthy of clinical attention and active adoption.
