| 摘要 |
观察在对甲亢患者护理时开展针对性护理对患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法 在2023年6月至2024年3月本院甲亢患者中选择68例为对象，数字表随机排序划分对照组（34例，开展常规护理支持）和观察组（34例，开展针对性护理）。针对患者心理状态、护理满意度对比。结果 对比患者负面情绪评分，观察组护理后评分低于对照组，P<0.05。护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对甲亢患者护理时开展针对性护理支持，可以改善患者心理状态，增加患者护理满意度，有助于患者恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the impact of targeted nursing on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods From June 2023 to March 2024, 68 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases, receiving routine nursing support) and an observation group (34 cases, receiving targeted nursing care) based on a numerical table. Comparison of patient psychological status and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the negative emotion scores of patients, the observation group had a lower post nursing score than the control group, P<0.05. The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Targeted nursing support for hyperthyroidism patients can improve their psychological state, increase their nursing satisfaction, and help patients recover.
