Objective Research on the application of individualized nursing intervention in maternal compliance in interventional prenatal diagnosis. Methods 100 pregnant women who underwent interventional prenatal examinations in our hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, with routine nursing methods) and an observation group (50 cases, with personalized nursing interventions). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The appointment rate for prenatal diagnosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The implementation rate of prenatal diagnosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The psychological status score of pregnant women in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of postoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing interventions for pregnant women undergoing interventional prenatal examinations has achieved significant results, which can significantly improve their nursing satisfaction, appointment rate for prenatal diagnosis, and implementation rate of prenatal diagnosis, improve their psychological state, reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse events, and have high practical value.
