Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing care for hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes. Methods 56 patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes were included in this study. The sampling time was from January 2022 to January 2023. The above patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The former received routine care, while the latter received high-quality care, with 28 patients in each group. Evaluate nursing effectiveness by comparing blood glucose levels and incidence of complications between two groups. Results After comparing the blood glucose levels between the two groups, it was found that there was a small difference before nursing (P>0.05), and after nursing, the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing applied in the nursing of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes can significantly reduce the blood sugar index of patients and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications. It can be seen that high-quality nursing is of great significance in the nursing of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes.
