早期康复护理联合护理风险管理应用于高血压脑出血护理的效果分析

| 摘要 |
分析早期康复护理联合护理风险管理在高血压脑出血护理中的效果。方法 将62例高血压脑出血患者设为此次研究对象，抽取时间为：2022年1月-2023年1月。以根据护理方法的不同分为参考组、实验组。其中前者行常规护理，后者行早期康复护理联合护理风险管理，每组31例。以GCS评分、NIHSS评分及Barthel评分评价两组护理效果。结果 两组GCS评分对比可见，实验组显高参考组（P＜0.05），两组NIHSS评分对比可见，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。两组Barthel评分对比显示，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 早期康复护理联合护理风险管理能够改善高血压脑出血患者的昏迷状体及神经功能缺损，有助于改善其日常生活能力。此种方法值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing combined with nursing risk management in the nursing of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 62 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as the study subjects, and the sampling period was from January 2022 to January 2023. Divide into a reference group and an experimental group based on different nursing methods. The former received routine care, while the latter received early rehabilitation care combined with nursing risk management, with 31 cases in each group. Evaluate the nursing outcomes of two groups using GCS score, NIHSS score, and Barthel score. Results The comparison of GCS scores between the two groups showed that the experimental group had a significantly higher reference group (P<0.05), while the comparison of NIHSS scores between the two groups showed a significantly lower experimental group (P<0.05). The comparison of Barthel scores between the two groups showed that the experimental group had a significantly higher score (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing combined with nursing risk management can improve coma and neurological deficits in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and help improve their daily living abilities. This method is worth promoting.
