Objective To analyze the effect of applying high-quality nursing care to patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis. Methods Sixty patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis who visited our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into a control group of 30 cases for routine nursing, and an observation group of 30 cases for high-quality nursing. The nursing quality before and after nursing was compared between the two groups using Kolcaba comfort, SF-36 quality of life score, and VAS pain score; Compare the nursing recognition between the two groups based on satisfaction. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in various indicators between the two groups, P>0.05. After nursing, the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with a difference of P<0.05. At the same time, patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference of P<0.05. Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing care in traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application treatment for bronchiectasis accompanied by hemoptysis can reduce pain, improve patient physical comfort, and promote the improvement of quality of life. Patients have a high recognition of nursing care.
