Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle on the incidence of adverse events in hemodialysis room nursing. Methods 84 patients with hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clinical nursing intervention, the observation group was treated with quality control circle intervention on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle, the health knowledge mastery, self-management ability, adverse event incidence and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the comparison between groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle is effective in hemodialysis room nursing, which can effectively improve the health knowledge of hemodialysis patients and improve their self-management ability, so as to reduce the risk of adverse events and improve their quality of life.
