| 摘要 |
分析探讨“5个时刻法”在肺结核患者服药依从性及准确性的应用效果。方法 选择我院自2021.8月至2022.12月入住感染科的明确诊断为70例肺结核患者，分为两组，对照组为常规宣教，观察组为“5个时刻法”干预，将两组患者干预后的相关药物知晓情况与服药依从性进行比较。结果 观察组知晓情况高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组依从性高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 “5个时刻法”对肺结核患者服药依从性及准确性效果明显，值得广泛推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of "5-moment method" in medication compliance and accuracy of patients with tuberculosis. Methods A total of 70 patients with tuberculosis who were admitted to the infection department of our hospital from August 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group received routine education and the observation group received "5-moment method" intervention. The knowledge of relevant drugs and medication compliance were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results The knowledge of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion "5-moment method" has obvious effect on medication compliance and accuracy of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and is worthy of widespread application.
