Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comfort nursing in nursing of coronary heart disease patients in community and its influence on quality of life. Methods 100 patients with CHD in the community from 2021 to 2023 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing and patients in the observation group received comfort nursing. The nursing effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical function, role function, emotional function and social function of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease in the community, and has a positive effect on patients subsequent physical cultivation, which is worthy of extensive application in clinical nursing.
