| 摘要 |
探讨奥瑞姆（Orem）自我护理模式在手外伤患者自我护理管理中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的60例手外伤患者随机分为A、B两组，30例/组。A组给予常规护理干预，B组给予Orem自我护理模式干预。对比两组护理效果。结果 干预后两组手功能、自我效能、自我护理能力及心理状态均较干预前有明显改善，其中B组改善更明显，且患者满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 Orem自我护理模式在手外伤患者自我护理管理中具有良好应用效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of Orem self-care model in the self-care management of patients with hand trauma. Methods 60 cases of hand trauma in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups A and B, 30 cases/group. Group A was given routine nursing intervention, group B was given Orem self-care mode intervention. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the hand function, self-efficacy, self-care ability and mental state of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before intervention, and the improvement was more obvious in group B, and the patient satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Orem self-care model has a good effect in the self-care management of patients with hand trauma.
