| 摘要 |
探讨分析对多足趾离断伤再植术的围手术期护理措施及效果。方法 本次研究的开展时间为2022年2月至2024年2月，选取研究对象17例，均为多足趾离断伤患者，共计37趾受伤，于我院接受再植术治疗；临床治疗期间，对患者实施系统性护理干预。结果 经多足趾离断伤再植术治疗，37趾成活30趾，成活率81.08%，其余患趾坏死。结论 在多足趾离断伤再植术围手术期间实施科学合理的护理干预措施有助于提高手术效果，对提升患趾术后成活率有重要作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the perioperative nursing measures and effects of replantation for multiple toe severed injury. Methods This study was carried out from February 2022 to February 2024. 17 subjects were selected, all of whom were patients with multiple toe amputation injury, with a total of 37 toes injured, and received replantation treatment in our hospital. During clinical treatment, systematic nursing intervention was implemented for patients. Results After replantation of multiple severed toes, 37 toes survived 30 toes, the survival rate was 81.08%, the other affected toes were necrotic. Conclusion The implementation of scientific and reasonable nursing intervention measures during the perioperative period of replantation for multiple toe amputation injury is helpful to improve the operative effect, and has an important role in improving the survival rate of the affected toe.
