| 摘要 |
浅析手术患者采用人性化整体护理进行住院期指导，为患者健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月收治的手术患者500例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用人性化整体护理，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的舒适度GCQ指标评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者医院焦虑抑郁量表评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对手术患者实施人性化整体护理的效果显著，有助于改善患者不良情绪，提升患者的手术舒适度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the use of humanized holistic nursing to guide patients in hospital, and provide suggestions for patients healthy life. Methods 500 surgical patients from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected, and the control group was treated with basic nursing. The observation group was treated with humanized holistic nursing, and the clinical nursing effect was compared. Results The GCQ index score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of humanized holistic nursing for surgical patients is remarkable, which is helpful for improving patients bad mood and improving patients surgical comfort.
