| 摘要 |
调查广东省珠江三角洲地区院前急救护士的心理压力现状，并分析其相关因素。方法 选取 2023 年 5 月至 2024 年 5 月该地区多家医院的 216 名院前急救护士作为研究对象，采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和心理压力评估量表进行调查。结果 院前急救护士的心理压力处于中等水平，其中工作压力、心理紧张和焦虑感较为突出。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和工作年限的护士在心理压力方面存在一定差异。结论 院前急救护士面临着较大的心理压力，医院管理者应采取相应措施，减轻护士的工作压力，提高其心理健康水平。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the psychological stress of pre-hospital emergency nurses in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province and analyze its related factors. Methods From May 2023 to May 2024, 216 pre-hospital emergency nurses from several hospitals in this area were selected as the research objects, and the self-designed general data questionnaire and psychological stress assessment scale were used to investigate. Results The psychological pressure of pre-hospital emergency nurses was in the middle level, and the work pressure, psychological tension and anxiety were more prominent. Nurses with different gender, age, marital status, education level and working years have certain differences in psychological stress. Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency nurses are facing great psychological pressure. Hospital managers should take corresponding measures to reduce their work pressure and improve their mental health.
