| 摘要 |
探寻在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中实行吞咽障碍康复路径式护理效果。方法 选择我院收治的90例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者，随机平分成两组，对照组和观察组分别实行常规护理和吞咽障碍康复路径式护理，对比效果。结果 经过统计分析，观察组吞咽功能障碍改善情况为（97.78%）明显优于对照组（80.00%），两组数据对比在统计学上具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。观察组营养状况、护理满意度情况明显高于对照组；观察组并发症发生率为（2.22%%）明显低于对照组并发症发生率为（17.78%），两组数据对比在统计学上具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 将吞咽障碍康复路径式护理应用在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中，可改善吞咽功能障碍和营养状况，减少并发症产生，有效提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing swallowing disorder rehabilitation pathway nursing in stroke patients with swallowing disorders. Methods 90 stroke patients with swallowing disorders admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group received routine nursing and swallowing disorder rehabilitation pathway nursing, respectively, and the effects were compared. Results The improvement of swallowing dysfunction, nutritional status, complications, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of swallowing disorder rehabilitation pathway nursing in stroke swallowing disorder patients can improve swallowing dysfunction and nutritional status, reduce complications, and effectively enhance nursing satisfaction.
