Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention and continuous passive exercise intervention in patients with knee fracture. Methods In this study, 60 patients with knee fractures were selected to our hospital for surgery, and the medical records were drawn from May 2023 to May 2024. The group adopts the random number table method, the group is mainly divided into the observation group and the control group, the number of people in each group is 30 cases, give the control group clinical routine nursing, give the observation group rehabilitation nursing with continuous passive exercise intervention, analysis of the final nursing effect of the two groups. Results after nursing observation group patients anxiety was significantly improved compared with the control group, and the compliance score is higher than the control group, the postoperative pain is significantly reduced, the incidence of complications is significantly lower than the control group, the final patients with knee function recovery effect is significantly better than the control group, the patients life activity ability and quality of life is significantly improved compared with the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion Timely rehabilitation and nursing intervention combined with continuous passive exercise can effectively promote postoperative physical recovery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patients living and activity ability, and improve the quality of life of patients.
