| 摘要 |
随着医学模式的转变和人们健康意识的提高，妊娠期孕妇早期护理健康教育逐渐受到重视。早期健康教育不仅能够直接影响孕妇和胎儿的健康，还可以有效减少孕期并发症和分娩风险，同时提升孕妇的自我护理能力。本文便针对健康教育在妊娠期孕妇早期护理中的意义进行分析，并总结现阶段妊娠期孕妇早期护理中健康教育的应用情况，以期为提高妊娠期孕妇健康水平提供参考。

| Abstract |
With the change of medical model and the improvement of peoples health awareness, the early care and health education of pregnant women during pregnancy has gradually received attention. Early health education can not only directly affect the health of pregnant women and fetuses, but also effectively reduce pregnancy complications and childbirth risks, while improving the self-care ability of pregnant women. This paper analyzes the significance of health education in the early care of pregnant women during pregnancy, and summarizes the application of health education in the early care of pregnant women at this stage, in order to provide reference for improving the health level of pregnant women during pregnancy.
