摘要
探讨老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）患者采取全方位护理对其疼痛、睡眠质量影响。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年2月收治的老年PHN患者94例，随机分为观察组（全方位护理）与对照组（常规护理）各47例，对比睡眠质量、生活质量、心理状态、疼痛情况。结果 观察组睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分、心理状态评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 全方位护理可有效减轻老年PHN患者疼痛程度，改善睡眠质量，效果良好。
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of elderly postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) patients on pain and sleep quality. Methods 94 cases of elderly PHN patients admitted from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected, and 47 cases were randomly divided into 47 cases of observation group (comprehensive care) and control group (usual care) were compared with sleep quality, quality of life, psychological state and pain. Results Sleep quality score, pain score and psychological status scores of the observation group were lower than the control group (P <0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive care can effectively reduce the pain level of elderly PHN patients.
