Objective To explore and analyze the effect of standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode on unilateral spatial neglect (USN) after stroke and its influence on prognosis. Methods 74 subjects were included in this study, all of whom were patients with USN after stroke and were hospitalized in our hospital. At the same time, 74 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode was implemented in the observation group, and primary and secondary rehabilitation treatment was implemented in the control group. The daily living ability and USN severity of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Barthel index was selected to evaluate the daily living ability of patients in both groups. The results showed that after 3 months and 6 months of intervention, Barthel index in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Katherine Pogo Scale (CBS) was used to evaluate the severity of USN. According to the data analysis, the CBS score of the observation group was lower after 3 and 6 months of intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion The standardized three-level rehabilitation nursing mode for USN patients after stroke can improve the ability of daily living and reduce the severity of USN.
